Most of our items are made-to-order as we do our part to be a sustainable, low waste company. Since these items are are made especially for you, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are final sale. Items that are Ready to Ship above $1000 are also final sale.

The "House of Masaba", "Nupur Kanoi", "Essgee", and our “Ready to Ship” items below $1000 are available for return within the USA only unless stated otherwise.
"Ready to Ship" means any items that are in-stock and ship immediately from our office in Los Angeles, CA.
Should you decide to return your order from "House of Masaba", "Nupur Kanoi", "Essgee" or "Ready to Ship", please contact our support team at hello@shopkynah.com within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return label. Your purchase should be delivered back to KYNAH within 10 days of receiving your order, if not we will return the item back to you. House of Masaba saris with unstitched blouses are final sale.
Items must be unused, unworn, in the original packaging, with the original tags and security tags attached. We reserve the right to reject any items which do not follow these guidelines. All shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.
